Responsibilities:要求
In-charge of incoming quality control and improvement.负责进料质量控制和改善
In-charge of the AVL update and supplier performance evaluation termly.负责AVL更新和供应商绩效的定期评估
Qualified auditor for supplier audit.具备供应商评审能力
Responsible for new incoming material validation.负责新进材料的验证确认
In-charge of in-process & out-going quality control and quality improvement 负责制程、出货质量控制和改善
Coordinate with Project & Validation team for process validation.配合项目&验证团队执行验证确认活动
Maintain and ensure processes are aligned with procedures / work instructions and ISO standard.维护并确保过程运作符合程序/作业指导书以及ISO标准
In-charge of product / process criteria and record update.负责定制及更新产品/制程相关标准
NCP and CAPA management, verification and validation of corrective and preventive action taken and follow-up to ensure on-time closure. NCP和CAPA管理，验证确认纠正措施和预防措施得到有效实施，并跟进其按时关闭
Handling of customer complaint investigation.处理客户投诉及调查
Monitoring and reporting on the monthly Quality Objectives achievement.监控及报告每月质量目标完成状况
Internal auditor for conducting internal audit. Support external audit. 执行内部审核，并协助应对外部审核
Perform data analysis on process quality.制程质量性能数据的收集
Manage and coordinate QC daily operation.管理和协调检验员日常工作事宜

Requirements 要求：
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science. 工科或理科背景，本科/大专以上学历
Min 2 years experience in Quality Management System, better in the medical device industry. 至少2年以上质量管理经验，医疗制造业背景优先
ISO knowledge such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485; better in TQM, QCC, GMP, Lean，6 Sigma,8D, cleaning room control. 熟悉ISO9001，ISO13485；具备TQM,QCC,Lean, 6 Sigma,8D, GMP,洁净室控制方面的知识；
Good problem shooting capability and English level, especial writing较强的问题解决能力和英语水平，特别是英语书写方面
Familiar with quality control tool. 熟悉质量控制工具
Background in Medical Device is prefer.医疗器具背景优先考虑
