岗位职责
1、参与质量分析、编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点；
2、确定控制程序和必要的工装，确保过程质量和最终检验的控制；
3、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；.
4、持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施；
5、负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制。

任职资格
1、机械或汽车行业本科以上学历；英语良好；
2、3年以上质量相关岗位工作经验；
3、各类常用办公软件能熟练操作、了解ISO/TS相关管理知识、对客车产品有一定了解；

4、了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；
5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的团队协作精神；
