职位描述：
1.Assist to co-ordinate and be responsible for setting up ,monitoring and continuous improving QEHS IMS system
协助统筹策划，负责建立IMS综合管理体系、监控其运行并持续改进
2.Responsible for working out annual audit plan include system Internal audit ,external audit supplier audit ,product audit ,process audit and track audit of supplier in the list
负责制定年度审核计划（包括体系内审、外审、供审，品管体系审核、产品审核、过程审核、已列册供货供应商之追踪审核）
3.Responsible to audit in schedule,lead and co-ordinate related issues during audit, which will check plan and notification in preparation, also take part in audit process, set up and hand out audit report and CPA. Then track validation and confirm,
负责按计划进行审核，主导、协调审核期间相关事务（准备——审核计划、通知，执行——参与审核过程、制定审核报告并分发、纠正预防措施制定等），并负责追踪验证及效果确认
4.Report regularly IMS running by monthly, quarterly or yearly, offer running monitoring report to management representative such as KPI, audit report ,manage review and so on
负责定期（月度/季度/年度）汇报IMS运行情况，向管理者代表提供有应运行监控报告（如KPI、审核报告、管理评审报告等）
5.Get ready input and meeting for management audit and track validation
负责为管理评审作好输入及会议准备，并跟踪验证
6.Plan and set up training plan for all system or standard
负责策划及制定所有体系/标准相关的培训计划；
7.Familiar with and responsible for updating all related law collection
熟悉并负责所有相应的法律法规的收集更新；
8.Clearly know department's environmental factors and important environmental factors, also fully understand quality/environment/security policy
明确本部门的环境因素及重要环境因素；充分理解质量/环境/安全方针、政策；
9.Assist EHS specialist to organize each department to improve each position’s risk analysis, environment factors identification and planning as well direct safety and environmental improvement,improve EHS procedures and supervise the implementation, control and reduce gradually the risk, environmental effect. Meanwhile conduct environment management, monitor solid, gases and liquids waste in order to meet the requirement of law and EHS management procedure,also implement damage and prevention plan
协同EHS专员组织各个部门完善每一个工作岗位的风险分析/环境因素识别和策划，直接的 安全/环境改进，完善工作岗位的EHS操作规程并监督执行，控制并逐渐降低风险和环境影响;环保管理，对公司固体、液体以及气体废物监控，符合法律法规要求和公司EHS管理程序；执行损害及预防计划。
10.Take charge of guiding EHS make sure continuously control risk in production and environmental effect, put questions correction found in running check and preventive measures into effect
负责指导EHS专员确保生产过程风险和环境影响的持续控制，运行检查中发现的问题纠正和预防措施的实施。
11.Assist Finance to aligned with HQ about the midyear evaluation report for the Sustainability and Risk and include the daily monitoring.
协助财务部门完成总部有关公司可持续发展的半年度评估报告，以及对日常相关活动实施监控。
12.Assist Finance to complete the releavnt Hi-Tech Enterprise keeping and maintaining tasks.
协助财务部门完成高新技术企业有关的保持和维护工作。
13.Assist EHS and Facility to evaluate the safety production standardization on the workplace and include the daily monitoring.
协助EHS和设施专员完成公司生产现场安全生产标准化的评估和日常监控。
14.Know well about related in formation in QEHS of this position, such as identification of EHS environment fastors and haard, soild waste classification and chemical management and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物分类，化学品管理等等）
15.Completing other jobs and tasks assigned by supervisor
完成主管指派的其他工作任务。

Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
1.College or above in mechanical,security,environmental engineering and related specialties
机械类、安检类、环境工程类等相关专业大专及以上学历
2.More than 3 years related system experience in foreign company
3年以上外企及体系相关工作经验。
3.Familiar with ISO9000,ISO14000,OHSAS18001 and proficiency in Quality System audit
熟悉ISO9000及ISO14000、OHSAS18001体系，丰富的体系审核经验。
4.Know well about law in QEHS
熟悉中国有关环保、职业健康及安全的法律法规。
5.Familiar with quality management skill and basic tools
熟悉质量管理手法和基本的质量管理工具。
6.Familiar with identification and control about risk and important environmental factors
熟悉机械行业的风险和重要环境因素的识别和控制。
7.Able to work out the quality management system document
能够编制质量管理体系文件。
8.Good experience in setting up,running and maintaining the system
有建立、运行、维护管理体系经验。
9.Familiar with system program requirements of this position
熟悉本岗位体系程序要求。
