职位描述：
Qualifications任职资格:
1. Senior high school or technical secondary，with good operation ability
中专或技校毕业，动手能力强
2. Correlative certificate， senior Millwright
具有相关工作的资质证书（高级工或者技师）
3. 3-5 years experience of Maintenance。
三年以上设备维修工作经验
4. With experience of automation Maintenance
对于自动化流水线有过维护的经验
5. Knowledge of electric, reading device principle print
具有一般的电气常识，能看懂简单的设备电气原理图
6. Familiar with electrical and mechanical components such as relay, proximity switch, frequency controller, motor, cylinder, all kinds of valve, hydrauclic unit,etc.
熟悉电气和机械元件及其工作原理，如继电器，接近开关，变频器，电机，气缸，各种阀门,液压装置工作原理等等。

 Duties and Responsibilities职责:

1. Repair, maintain and troubleshoot all equipment and machines to ensure the efficient, OA standards ensure that the monthly target.
维修、维护和检修所有的设备和机器，确保完成月度OA目标.
2. MPM: According to PM maintenance plan, conduct regular inspections on all machinery Contain, tight flexible component, inspect and reorganization electricity line; inspect the leaks trachea, test lubrication and promptly refuels and so on the maintenance
按照PM保养计划,对所有设备作定期检查内容包含紧固松动件，检查整理电气线路，检查修理气管漏气部位，检查设备润滑情况并及时加油等工作
3. Inspect and supervises the execution of TPM
检查监督TPM的执行情况
4. Completes other tasks which the leader issue
完成上级下达的其他任务
5. Coordinates to complete the equipment accident analysis and verifies the reason, assists to carry on education and reorganizes the work
配合有关部门做好设备事故的分析和查明原因，协助进行教育和整改工作
6. Give question and suggestion appears of repetition fault
整理停机报告并针对得复性出现的问题做出行动或给出建议
7. Understanding and tracing spare parts condition
了解并追踪备件状态
8. Renew mechanical blueprint, and provides the backup in each control cabinet
负责更新机械图纸并在每个控制柜中提供有当前的备份
9. Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行
10. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则
11. Understanding the basic knowledge of MAFACT and GQS. Comply with the rules of MAFACT and GQS.
理解MAFACT和GQS的基本知识并按照MAFACT和GQS的要求工作。
12. Ensure the routine check of equipment is finished.
完成设备的每日点检。
13. Fill in the data sheet timely. Such as maintenance record, shift handover record etc.
