职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责新项目前期的评估、导入、启动和工作安排；
2、协助业务部完成新项目的报价；
3、负责新项目前期与客户技术方面（模具、压铸、机加工、工艺）的沟通并传达给相关项目工程师；
4、新项目进度的跟催，并即时反馈给业务部；
5、根据新项目需求（设备、工艺、工装、检具等），开发新的供应商；
6、主持新产品发布会，针对新品生产中产生的问题（包括验证制造过程和设备工装的可靠性）决定相应的解决措施；
7、确定合适的生产工艺流程，保证产品生产程序，提高产品生产的稳定性和产品的合格率；
8、建立和完善产品工艺标准和文件，完成公司指定目标；
9、主导编写汽车件的PPAP文件，编制本部门涉及的体系文件；
10、审核部门编制的技术资料和文件，督促工程师按照流程处理问题；
11、主导生产工艺改善和效率提升；
12、负责工程部工作计划的统筹与落实；
13、安排本部门协助品管部解决产品质量问题，并制定和实施纠正预防措施；
14、部门人员的培训及管理工作；
15、完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
任职要求
1、30-45岁，大专及以上学历，机械工程等相关专业，英语熟练；
2、5年以上机械加工制造行业工程工作经验，3年以上工程部管理经验；
3、熟悉铝合金压铸、机加工的制造工艺，有高级工程师职称者优先；
4、熟悉ISO9001:2008、TS16949质量管理体系；
5、具备协调能力和处理解决问题的能力，有出色的组织管理才能；
6、富于创新精神和团队精神，勇于接受挑战。
