职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for MRO PR and PO monitor, record, release, delivery managing.
2.Optimize the procedure and work with plant or function demand to ensure the
successful completion of purchasing activities.
3.Responsible for MRO PO performance and expediting delivery date.
4.Oracle system maintenance with in daily job.
5.Source, select the potential supplier for equipment/fixture/facility/consumable/spare parts
/OA, and develop AVL management.
6.Negotiate the price and contract with supplier for best purchasing conditions.
7.MRO payment application, invoice matching and cooperate with finance for payment flow.
8.Cooperate with warehouse for goods receiving.
9.Participate in supplier visit/audit and performance review.
10.MRO supplier qualification and cost control.
11.MRO inventory level control both bonded and non-bonded.
12.Purchasing KPI target reach.
13.Report to purchasing supervisor.
14.Other job that assigned by purchasing manager.
KPI:
Delivery JIT>=98%
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major on mechanical engineering, electrics engineering or international trade related.
2.4 - 5 year's purchasing experience in manufactory, familiar with MRO.
3.Strong communication, analytical , and problem solving skills
4.Strong negotiation
5.Skills and good team work spirits.
6.Experience with ERP systems(Oracle is preferred)
7.Fluent English oral and writing
