Responsibility

1. 30-50%-Lead the big project in his area to solve big problem or improve the process status, contribute to continuous improvement for process.

2. 25-30%-Responsible for WI/OI compiling, training, modification and improvement. be sure line leader and supervisor are completely trained and fully understand WI/OI, continuously audit the implementation status and discuss with team to modify WI/OI and do continuously improvement.

3. 15-20%-Monitor production status and collect QC data using proper tools to analyze it to be sure running status is under control. Also, try to find small problem and solve it quickly.

4. 10-15%-Responsible for DV.Test. Qualification,etc. Lead, implement and finish every non-standard production in his area.

5. 5-10%-Responsible for solving quality issue feeding back from QC or customer.

6. 5%-Study and learn engineering technology, ISO9001/TS16949 documentation. English and other skills.

Qualification

1. At least 3 three years related working experience in Li battery industry with related bachelor degree.（至少3年以上锂电池行业经验）

2. Good English writing, reading and listening capability (CET 4 at least).

3. Be familiar with Windows, ppt, Excel and Words office system.
