Main tasks
主要工作:

1． Work out the long term strategy of the product and create product roadmap;
制定长期产品发展战略以及建立产品发展路径；
2． Define product specifications and work out task book for reserching and devloping new product;
定义产品规格，制定新品开发设计任务书；
3． Research and analysis market conditions; provide information for product innovation and product enhancements and involve in R&D;
研究及分析市场情况，为产品研发和优化提供信息并参与研发；
4． Collect customer feedback to provide the decision-making basis for improvement capability and quality of the products;
收集本公司产品的用户反馈信息，为该系列产品的性能和质量的改进和提高提供决策依据；
5． Coordinate R&D,production and sales,incl.provide R&D and production info. to sales and provide marketing info. and customer’s feedback to R&D and production;
协调产品的研发、生产和营销，将产品的研发和生产信息及时反馈给销售，同时将市场信息及客户反馈及时提供给研发及生产；
6． Coordinate and control the schedule of the owned products project;
协调及控制所负责产品项目相关的各项工作的进度计划；
7． Make and maintain product documents, incl.work out and maintain sales related technical documents;
制定和维护产品文件，包括编制和维护销售相关技术文件；
8． Assistant sales company to marketing and promoting the owned products;
协助销售公司进行所负责产品的市场发布和推广工作；
9． Provide necessary technical support and training to sales company;
向销售公司提供销售必要的专业技术支持和培训；
10. Manage product-related support,feedback and inquireies from users;

Requirements
要求:


1. Mechanical undergraduate
机械相关本科学历
2. More than five years in design of CNC machine tools
5 年以上机床设计经验
3. Familiar with CNC machine tool development process and manufacturing process
熟悉数控机床的研发与制造过程
4. Familiar with the development status of marketing and technology of High Speed Vertical CNC
熟悉高速立式加工中心的市场及技术发展现状
5. Have some ability to read and write English
具备中英文读写能力
6. Familiar with the computer systems, including MS Windows, Office, AutoCAD, Solid Edge
熟练应用Windows, Office等系统
7. Under age 40
