? Senior high school or technical secondary高中或中专以上学历
? Certified Tool & Die Maker or Precision Machinist. 有钳工或技师证书
? At least 5 years experience in building and maintenance the die and the fixture，in the automotive industry is perfect. 至少5年冲压模具和工装夹具的制造和维修经验
? Must be able to relate/communicate well with people.与他人沟通能力强
? Must have good organizational skills, be a self starter and a team player. 有很好的组织能力，有自发意识和团队合作意识
? Must be able to read blue prints and operate tool room equipment (engine lathe, grinding machine, milling machine, drill machine, arc welding, electric welding etc.) effectively and safely.能读懂图纸，并能安全有效地熟练地操作模具间的设备（车床、铣床、磨床、钻床、氩弧焊，电焊等）
Duties and Responsibilities职责:
? Builds, modifies, repairs and troubleshoots dies, tools jigs and fixtures and damged components for production equipment while working to very close tolerances from blue prints and samples. 制造和修理冲压模具、工装夹具和设备损坏的部件，使尺寸符合图纸公差或实样功能要求
? Works on presses to diagnose cause of tool or die malfunction quickly能迅速判断压铸模具紧急故障产生的的原因
? Performs development work on difficult toolroom operations.能够发展提高模具车间的技能水平
? Sets up and operates toolroom machines such as engine lathe, grinding machine, milling machine,drill machine,arc welding,electric welding etc.设定并操作模具间的所有机器，比如车床、铣床、磨床、钻床、氩弧焊，电焊等
? Lead the die changing and assist the die casting process engineer to set up the DCM cell to ensure part production is according to the production plan requirement主导压铸模具更换和协助压铸工艺工程师对压铸单元的设定以确保生产按照生产计划的要求进行
? Build and maintenance the die and the fixture and the damanged the components for the equipment to achieve highest possible efficiency, safety and quality.制造和维修压铸模具、工装夹具和设备损坏的零部件，以实现高效、安全和优质
? Performs bench work and skilled fitting to very close tolerances, reads and interprets blue prints and uses precision measuring instruments (imperial and metric).履行钳工工作，能读懂图纸，会使用精密测量工具（英制和公制）
? Works under general supervision and strictly adheres to all safety precautions and procedures. 认真执行所有的安全预防措施和程序
? Provides training for Tool & Die apprentices and the die casting operator as required. 按要求提供模具学徒工和压铸工的培训
? Fill and keep all the record for the die ，fixture and the toolroom equipment according to the TS16949 system requirement.根据TS16949的要求填写和保存压铸模具、工装夹具和模具车间设备的所有记录
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则
