DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
? Establish and Maintain the EHS management procedure & process and implement it according to the government law and the request of the company;
根据国家相关法规和公司要求，制定维护公司内部安全管理相关程序、流程，并监督执行；

? Be responsible for safety and health risk identification & prevention and daily 6S check, such as JHA, LTTT, Emergency evacuation plan, Work-related accident root causes analysis, special work certification, Occupational disease management, PPE distribution and general solid waste sorting.
负责安全与健康风险识别和预防与日常6S的审查，例如JHA,LTTT，紧急疏散方案，工伤的事故分析，特殊工作岗位证明，职业病管理，劳保用品分发，固体垃圾分类。

? Execute a phased implementation of enhanced environmental management system, including Environmental Impact Assessment & Environment annual monitoring follow up, Hazard waste recycling and treatment, chemical management, Energy efficiency, etc.
执行分阶段实施强化环境管理体系，包括环境影响评估，年度环境监测更进，危险品循环利用及处理，化学品管理，能源效率等

? Leverage Environment, Health and Safety Improvement program for the whole company, to enhance the capacity to resolve deficiencies identified during EHS/SA audits conducted internally or by customer assigned 3rd parties.
利用环境,健康和安全改进计划,提高解决内审或者客户指定的第三方在EHS / SA审查中识别出的缺陷的能力

? Train management team and on site workers on requirements regarding Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety requirements
培训管理团队和现场工人可持续性要求,职业健康和安全要求

? Organize to set up fire control and safety management system and equipment safety operation procedures, establish safe production cost account and equipment account.
组织制定消防和生产安全管理制度和工艺及设备安全操作规程，建立安全生产费用台帐和设施设备台帐

? Check and solve potential accidents and monitor major hazard sources，follow up preventive actions.
排查治理事故隐患和监控重大危险源，追踪确认纠正预防措施

? According to the laws and regulations requirements for jobs, give employees regular safety training. Share the laws and regulations, customer/industry standards, international conventions to the related department's management and employees.
按照法律法规要求及公司岗位需要，定期对员工进行安全教育培训；将法律法规、客户/行业标准、国际公约以及好的操作分享给相关部门的管理层和员工

? Participate in EHS change management on new, change and expansion project;
参与新、改、扩建项目的EHS变更管理；

? Push all departments strengthen the consciousness of occupational health.
推动各部门增强职业健康卫生意识

? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:
? At least 3 years working experience in EHS areas, experience in foreign companies in Electrical industry is a plus
在EHS领域至少3年工作经验,外资企业的经验，电气行业尤佳

? Be familiar with EMS & OHSMS, as well as major retail/brand companies’ EHS standards
熟悉EMS&OHSMS，以及主要的零售/品牌公司的EHS标准

? Knowledge of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 System
ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 体系知识

? Safety & environment laws/regulations
安全及环境相关法律法规制度的知识

? Detailed minded, self-manage and motivated; Team work, risk conscientious, good communication skill, and can work under pressure
详细的意识,自我管理和激励;团队合作,风险认真,良好的沟通技巧,并能在压力下工作

? Strong Office Software application abilities, and good English communication skill both in reading and writing
熟练使用办公软件,良好的英语沟通，阅读和写作能力

? Bachelor degree with major in Electrical or Safety Engineering, National Certified Safety Engineer preferred
