工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 建立或健全公司项目在调试和质保期间所应履行义务的相关流程，保证各个售后点按照统一流程执行。
Establish and improve relevant processes which requried in commissioning and warranty period in the contractual obligations, and ensure every service site is following the formal processes.
2. 招聘、培训和培养充足的，符合技能要求的调试及售后服务人员，确保现场的问题能得到及时的解决。
Recruit, train and develop sufficient, skillful commissioning and warranty service people, and ensure the problems on sites could be solved in time.
3. 加强部门员工的安全培训，确保办公室员工和售后服务员工的职业健康与安全。
Responsible for the safety training, and ensure the safety and health of office staff and site service people.
4. 确保各项目调试和质保期间所需备件的计划，采购，仓储和发运工作能满足现场的需求。
Ensure the spares planning, purchasing, warehousing and despatching can meet site service requirement.
5. 负责相关产品的质保期内维修及有偿维修，与生产对维修计划，维修能力进行协调，确保满足客户需求。
Responsible for the repairs within or out of warranty, and coordinate with production regarding repair planning and capability, to meet customer requirement.
6. 编制和控制部门预算，确保部门的成本和费用符合公司的整体预算。
Compile and control the budget, and ensure all the costs and expenses are in line with company overall budget
7. 负责部门员工绩效指标的设定，考核及后续改进。
Responsible for setting the performance KPI, and asssessment, improvement for all the staff.
8. 负责制定和执行部门的年度工作计划，以及相关的持续改进计划。
Responsible for defining and executing the annual work plan and relevant continuous improvement plan.
任职资格 Qualification:
1. 本科及以上学历，电气自动化专业更佳。
Bachelor or above. Electrical automation is preferrable.
2. 八年以上工作经验，三年到五年相关售后服务，客户服务方面的管理经验
Minimum 8 years work experience, at least 3 to 5 years' relevant management experience in customer service or after sale service.
3. 具备一定的计划，风险和商务知识，拥有轨道车辆技术知识更佳，英语听说读写熟练
Has planning, risk and commercial knowledge, and railcar technical knowledge is a plus, good English
4. 具备一定的沟通协调能力，团队管理能力和领导能力
Good communication ability, good team management and leadership.
5. 需要适合国内外出差
Suitable for travelling home and abroad
