岗位要求：

1.熟悉弹簧工艺流程、10年以上弹簧技术经理相关工作经验；
2.精通汽车弹簧机调机；
3.对弹簧量产不良有丰富的分析及解决经验；
4.有弹簧车间技术改造工作经验优先，包括设备选型、车间规划、工艺优化等；
岗位职责：
1.参与弹簧车间技术改造工作；
2.负责弹簧车间的技术指导；
3.负责产品作业不良分析、改善、总结、报告、追踪与落实；
