* 为客户修复各种类型的透平机及相关零部件；
* 拥有并获得各种修复旋转设备的各种技能；

主要职能
* 为客户修复各种类型的透平机及相关零部件
拥有并获得更多修复透平设备的技能，包括：
对送至公司的以下机械部件进行初始检查，如转子、定子、轴承、联轴器、箱体、齿轮等；
拆装高速齿轮压缩机；
拆装径向压缩机；
拆装轴向压缩机；
拆装蒸汽透平转子；
用液压设备移除、替换叶轮及联轴器；
替换转子迷宫密封片；
移除和替换径向转子和蒸汽透平叶片。
* 拥有并获得各种修复旋转设备的各种技能：
精确地使用量具测量备件形状及尺寸；
为电机旋转部件做低速动平衡；
使用氧气乙炔和丙烷切割并加热设备；
使用低温冷却设备安装旋转设备零部件；
对客户的旋转设备进行探伤测试及其他测试。
* 发现并支持持续改进计划项目（CIP）
使用服务部门各种质量保证及操作表单。
采取措施（如参加各种学习，良好的做法等）避免不符合要求的行为
任职资格
必须：
*2年以上相关工作经验
* 愿意学习并时刻具有安全意识；
* 愿意并积极学习技术技能；
* 公司要求时，要愿意参加进一步外部培训；
* 有良好的中文口头及书面的沟通能力；
* 有修复高速旋转设备的经验；
* 学习过并能够理解和使用技术图纸、工作流程和修复规格；
* 学过如何使用量具测量部件的几何形状及尺寸。
最好：
* 懂得基本的英语知识并且/或者愿意学习英语。
