Responsibilities

1.People development

- Responsible for conducting training courses for internal staff.

- Make training plan and follow up.

- Develop training courses including training materials, trainer etc.

- Responsible for On Job Training Program.

- Responsible for Skills Certification Programs.

- Training effectiveness evaluation.

- Maintain training record.

- Performance improvement

- Partner with HRM and line managers/supervisors on potential performance improvement opportunities.

2.Citizenship

- Responsible for security,ensure safety of company&associate's property in the plant.

- Supervise the routine of Safety Guard.

- Co-ordinate security issue with government& internal department.

- Investigate stealing/fight issues in plant.

- Managing garden.

- Managing changing room.

- Managing PPE.

3.Value Creation

- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required

- To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative

4.Growth

- Ensure every capacity growth with trained people.

5. Other tasks assigned by department manager.
