Position: Electrical Control Engineer
Reporting Line: Electrical Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the PLC program, HMI interface, device drive system, frequency conversion technology and the industry Ethernet
2. Master and optimize all the control components and the related hardware carrier
3. Support daily maintenance for electrical devices and automatic system and optimize the regular maintenance plan
4.Trouble shooting for the machine, reduce the break-down time and provide technique support for the other department
5. Monitor the wiring of the electrical devices, operate the machines according to the regulation and optimize the current electrical system, the principle drawing, equipment drawing and the construction regulation
6. Write WI and provide training for technicians
7. Spare part planning and make sure to sustain PM activities under a good scheme
Qualification:
1. More than 5 years working experience, related to electrical automatic control and research/industrial automation or equipment maintenance. Be familiar with the project site commissioning or experience of compiling configuration software is preferred
2. Bachelor degree in automation/electrical relative, for one who is outstanding, a junior college degree is also acceptable
3. Be familiar with Siemens PLC program; be skillful at the use of software of WINCC and Siemens STEP7, proficiency in Siemens STEP7V11 program
4. Be familiar with a variety of industrial electric drive, transmission and frequency converter, such as: SINAMICS S120, SINAMICS G120, ABB frequency converter, variable frequency motor, servo drive motors, etc.
5. Be familiar with the modern sensor and implementing agencies, and be familiar with the bussing technique, good understanding of Siemens industrial network communications
6. Skill in micro office software, Auto CAD/E-PLAN
7. Good English skill
8. A strong learning, practicing and analyzing ability, good communication skills and good teamwork spirit
