岗位描述和主要职责:

1. 建立、运行和维护YY/T0287 QA 系统, EN ISO13485+CE 系统.
2. 担任Cnoga公司的管理者代表，确保公司运营符合QA和CFDA管理要求、政策法规要求。
3. 指导和开展所有内外部评审活动，包括监管机构、认证机构和其它主管当局需要的认证。
4. 负责执行QA活动的计划、执行和实施，评估、监视QA系统符合监管要求以及相关质量政策法规要求。
5. 编制、审核、修订、更新和维护QA系统文件，确保当前版本的有效性。
6. 负责组织不合格产品的评审、原因分析，建立和实施纠正和预防措施。
7. 负责收集、分析和反馈市场质量信息，包括过程、客户反馈、客户投诉的质量信息。
8. 推进质量改进的计划，统计分析质量数据和持续改进。
9. 负责收集、组织和实施外部法规和技术标准。
10. 负责公司和各部门内部有关质量系统、外部法规和标准的培训，确保质量系统的符合性和遵守CFDA质量政策和医疗器械法规。
11. 与技术研发部、生产运营部和市场销售部紧密合作，确保产品的设计、研发、产和经销符合技术要求和和地方管理要求。
12. 与公司管理层保持良好的沟通协调、解决问题。

岗位要求:
1. 工程或生命科学专业本科或以上学历。
2. 质量工作相关英语流利，熟练的质量文件写作和口头交流能力。
3. 有五年以上医疗器械行业QA管理经验，涉及质量、工程、技术或客户服务方面。
4. 有内审员证书，有管理者代表经验或证书者更好。
5. 有建立和管理质量体系的能力。
6. 具有医疗器械法规和CFDA注册的知识和工作经验。
7. 工作仔细、分析和解决问题能力强。


Job Description and Key Responsibilities
1. Establishes, operates and maintain YY/T0287 QA System, EN ISO13485+CE System.
2. Serves as QA representative of Cnoga team to assure that company comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures of QA as well as CFDA.
3. Directs and conduct all internal and external audit activities including leading all audits conducted by regulatory agencies, notified bodies and other competent authorities.
4. Be responsible for the plans, schedules, conducts and implementation of QA system activities. Assess, monitor QA system‘s compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and relevant QA policies and procedures.
5. Prepare, review, revise, update and maintain QA system document and ensure the effectiveness of its current version.
6. Be responsible for organizing the review of un-conformed products, analyzing the reasons, establishing and implementing the corrective and preventive actions.
7. Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and giving feedback of the market quality information, including the quality information during the process and from the customer feedbacks, the process of customer complaints.
8. Carry forward the plan for comprehensive improvement of quality problems, statistically analyze the quality data and the continual improvement.
9. Be responsible for collecting, organizing and implementing the external laws and technical standards.
10. Be responsible for all the trainings related to quality system, external laws and standards in the company and department, in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to CFDA Quality Policy and law of medical device.
11. Work closely with R&D, Operation and Sales & Marketing departments to ensure products are designed, developed, manufactured, distributed in accordance to specifications and local regulations.
12. Participate in problem-solving with project teams, communicate observations, and coordinate with managers, directors, and management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or in Life Sciences at least.
2. Fluent in QA English, written and oral communications skills of QA documents.
3. 5+ years of QA management experience in the medical device industry including Quality, Engineering, Technical and/or direct customer interface.
4. Has internal audits certificate, QA Representative experience or certificate preferred.
5. Ability to develop and manage Quality Systems in compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies.
6. Knowledgeable of laws of medical device and CFDA Registration. Experience in dealing directly with CFDA and other regulators.
7. Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills. 举报 分享
