职位描述：
Job responsibility:
1.Perform routine QC incoming inspection for raw material and out-sourcing production according to inspection instruction or drawings. 根据检验作业指导书或图纸对原材料及外包半成品的产品质量进行检验确认。
2.Perform in-process and out-going inspection according to inspection instruction. 根据检验作业指导书对生产各工序的产品检验及出货检验。
3.Handing the non-conforming parts from production line, Make the identification and Separate them from good parts, make the records.处理生产线的不良品, 做好隔离及标识并记录所有不良品。
4.Supervise operators perform on-site technical documents and make a records.监督工人按照工艺技术文件操作并做好自检记录。
5.Manage the measurement instrument and gauge and maintenance.做好量检具的保养工作，并监督现场量检具的使用，保养及维护。
Job requirement:
1.Secondary technical secondary school or high school or above, major in mechanical or related.机械或相关专业中专或高中以上学历。
2. More than 1 years related working experience.1年以上相关检验经验,
3.Can read mechanical drawing.能看懂机械图纸
4.Familiar with measurement of size tolerance and measuring method.熟悉尺寸公差及测量方法
5.Familiar with all kinds of measuring tools. Such as clipper, micrometer and so on.熟练使用各种常用量具,如卡尺，千分尺，会投影仪者优先考虑。 举报 分享
