Qualifications任职资格:
？Familiarization with Chinese and surrounding area for the company’s pickups and deliveries 熟悉仓库运作和管理
？10 year related experience 10年相关工作经验
？Working knowledge of English (both written and oral) 有基本的英语知识（包括书写和口语）
？Working knowledge of lean logistics有精益物流的相关知识
？Working knowledge of MRP 有MRP系统的相关知识

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
？To improve the procedure of warehouse and the standard working instruction, make sure the efficiency to be improved. 改进仓库的操作流程和标准化作业，提高仓库的工作效率。
？To improve the lay out for warehouse; and make sure the utilization of warehouse can be improved. 改进仓库布局，提高仓库面积的使用率
？Working with import & export supervisor to set up the procedure of the bonded materials storage to meet the customs requirements. 按照海关的要求，制定保税材料的管理流程。
？Make the plan for warehouse to achieve the department goals. 制订仓库工作计划，以完成部门的指标。
？Analyze the difference of the inventory, and make a plan for improvement. 分析盘点差异，制定改进计划。
？Monitor the inactive materials, and improve the cash flow. 监督呆滞材料的处理，提高公司的资金流动率。
？Monitor the inventory level of materials, to improve the cash flow. 监督控制仓库库存的水平，提高公司的资金流动率。
？Make the training plan for warehouse team and make sure to improve the warehouse skill for them. 制定仓库员工的培训计划，保证员工的物流知识的提高。
？Set up the requirements for 5S to keep the warehouse area clean and in order. 制定5S的要求，确保仓库区域整洁和整齐。
？Coordinate with each department to help warehouse achieve the target. 协调仓库与各部门的工作关系，以保证仓库的运作达到目标。
？Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues.计划和安排确保他管理的员工和同事的安全健康的工作的维护
？Inform employees of known or potential health hazards and risks, complying with legislative requirements and providing, maintaining proper work procedures, practices, standards and rules.通知员工知道潜在的安全危险和风险，遵循立法的要求，提供和维护正确的操作流程，活动，标准和法规

？Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行
