职位描述：
1. 缸盖罩盖，油气分离器，进气管及发动机密封系统的概念性研发
Development of concepts for developing cylinder head covers, oil separators, air ducts and engine encapsulation
2.和客户研发团体保持密切联系 ；
Contact care with the local development departments of the customer;
3.对客户在研发技术性问题给予建议；
Advising the customer in developing technical issues
4. 负责产品研发项目
Responsibility for product development projects
5. 产能计划及研发项目跟进
Capacity planning and scheduling for development projects
6. 确保进度和预算
Ensure schedules and budgets
7. 建立和维护项目文档，特别在项目生命周期内
Create and maintain project documentation, in particular the development life cycles
8. 跟进产品研发过程
Compliance of the product development process (PDP)
9.操作说明的准备和控制
Control and preparation of specifications
Planning the use of CAE tools (FEA, CFD and process simulation)
