ECU Product Engineer
汇报对象：Sales Manager

Job Summary and Objectives:
The ECU Product Engineer for Power Lift Gate System has the technical responsibility to ensure the Powerise product meets or exceed internal and external technical requirements.

Primary Job Functions:
· Identity and resolve product problems throughout the validation and launch processes. Solutions must fully address root cause and prevention of reoccurrence.
· Identify and validate Powerise product solutions which minimize product cost and maximize profitability.
· Ongoing development of Powerise product and application solutions driving new business growth.
· Local responsibility for component engineering and technical liaison to supply base.
· Function as primary technical partner for Tier II ECU manufacturer.
· Develop product specifications for ECU and evaluate supplier solutions.
· Responsible for the customer communication for the ECU integration.

Secondary Job Functions:
· Plan and execute ongoing product development initiatives to ensure technical deliverables according to customer and internal timing requirements.
· Provide product engineering support at customer design and production locations as necessary.
· Lead role in APQP documentation including FMEA, Control Plan, Product Inspection, Lessons Learned, etc...
· Documentation of testing, problem resolution and relevant test reports.
· Provide the global Stabilus organization with application/product competitive benchmarking information

Education, Training, Certifications
· BS in Electrical Engineering

Experience
· 5 Years automotive product or application/design experience
· Demonstrated history performance in achieving business objectives while in technical positions.
· Experience with System integration of Mechanical and Embedded systems
· ECU supplier development experience is a plus.

Job Knowledge and Skills
· Analytical background for electronic circuit design
· Sensor Selection and Integration
· DC Motor Selection and Integration
· EMC Validation
· Close Loop control design experience for motion control
· Experience Coding (C, C++)
· Direct Knowledge of Vehicle bus communication (CAN)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Aptitude with standard engineering disciplines especially DVP&R and DFMEA.
· Practical competence with measurement systems such as Oscilloscopes and DAQ.
· Focused on accuracy of deliverables and achievement of goals
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Highest Personal integrity and honesty
