职位描述：
Qualifications:
？ The qualified candidate will have a Ph.D in biological sciences, biochemistry, or related scientific discipline. A minimum of 2 year experience in biotechnology or researches is required. Basic knowledge and strong interests of: i) molecular & cellular biology of mammalian cells; ii) recombinant protein expression; iii) modern technologies applied to cell line development.
？ Must have 2+ years of mammalian tissue culture experience, preferably with CHO cells.
？ Having knowledge and hands-on experience in generating and characterizing stable cell lines for production of protein therapeutics is a plus
？ Strong knowledge and training in molecular biology, cloning, and protein expression
？ Knowledge and experience in cell culture process development and in cell culture medium development is plus
？ Prior Industrial experience is a plus
？ Must have good interpersonal skills and be highly collaborative.
？ Must have excellent scientific writing, communication, presentation, documentation, and computer skills.
？ Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment with rapidly change priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Design and construct expression vectors for stable cell lines
？ Independently designs experimental plans, leads study execution, analyzes experimental data, generates laboratory protocols, and writes technical reports, quantitative analyses, and product summaries.
？ Provide leadership and management to a group of scientists. Ensure worker safety including training, supervision and control of safety guidelines.
？ Works on complex and challenging problems of broad scope where analysis of situations or data requires a comprehensive evaluation of numerous factors within aggressive timelines
？ Troubleshoots and solves difficult problems in the design/execution of development projects
？ Improve cell line performance through medium, nutrient feed, and supplement optimization, cell culture parameter optimization, and host cell engineering etc.
？ Innovatively integrate new technologies (including digital imaging, high throughput scale-down models, etc) into current platform to further improve the quality and speed of cell line development
