Job Description

1. Travel to factories and provide feedback on factories/suppliers capacity and technical abilities to support the market

2. Execute department initiatives that are align with company strategy.

3. Contribute to the building of the sourcing matrix and supplier alignment by product category.

4. Compile information, consolidate, organize, formulate spreadsheet and reports for supervisor's studies and analysis.

5. Manage order execution and resolve product and production issues on a timely and proactive manner.

6. Monitor supplier performance to ensure it meet or exceed company KPI.

7. Provide solution to markets on items and value engineering proposition to the markets to better the product and lower the cost of goods

8. Follow up from PO creation to execution of the product





Job Requirement

1. At least 7 years of working experience in buying office/agent or related industry

2. Excellent command of English and local language. Good communication skills.

3. Well organize, proactive with a sense of urgency

4. Analytical mind, open mind

5. Good interpersonal skill, patience

6. Take ownership, flexible and able to work under pressure

7. Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.

8. Knowledge of suppliers and factories. Able to evaluate supplier's competence and capability.

9. Have a deep understanding of the products and the commodities that index the product

10. Able to manage multiple markets for on time shipments from concept to PO creation

11. Able to identify creative alternative solutions to solve problems and meet product objectives in quality, delivery and price.

12. Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price. Good experience in using component costing.

13. Excellent problem solving skills.

14. Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point. 举报 分享
