Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1、In charge of daily maintenances of machinery equipment and
facilities, responsible for Equipment Manager;

负责公司的机械设备和设施的维护保养，使之保持正常使用状态，向设备经理负责；

2、Comply with relevant safety operating rules issued by
nation and company, stand to other regulations and company systems involving
environment, health and safety;

遵守国家和公司的有关机械维修安全操作规程， 遵守环境、健康和安全的各项法律法规和公司制度；

3、Familiar with the function, the maintaining method and
exception handles of equipments and facilities;

熟悉，了解设备功能，掌握维修保养方法及故障处置方法；

4、Complete maintaining plan on schedule, keep the quality of
maintenance, prepare relevant records and ensure that equipments and
facilities always work in gear;

按时执行并完成维修计划，保证维护质量，做好相应记录，保证设备，设施正常运行；

5、Maintenance should be taken during the operating, solve
the machinery problem timely, prepare relevant records, keep equipments and
facilities running smoothly;

执行跟班维护，随时观察机器运转情况，及时解决设备机械方面的问题，排除故障，做好记录，确保生产正常进行；

6、Ensure that all equipment, facilities and tools are in
good condition, check and correct unsafe operations if found;

保证所有设备、设施和工具的安全、齐全及有效，发现并制止和纠正不安全的现象；

7、Check company’s fire facilities regularly, prepare
relevant records and keep fire facilities complete and in effect;

定期检查公司消防设施，做好记录，确保消防设施齐全有效；

8、Responsible for administration and maintenance of
machinery spare parts warehouse, keep in good condition, check regularly and
ensure that the book number accords with the real one;

做好机械备品备件仓库管理和维护工作，做到保管完好、定期维护、帐物一致和整洁有序；

9、Participant in daily administration of the chemical
dangerous warehouse, prepare relevant records exactly and disposal chemical
waste residue according to EHS regulations;

管理或协助完成化学危险品仓库的管理工作，正确使用、储存和处置化学危险品，准确记录化学危险物品账册，按EHS要求处理化学废弃物；

10、Team player, share work information and experience with
others;

具有团队协作精神，保证工作信息及时传递；

11、Follow other commands not listed above from Management.

完成领班和上级交代的其他任务。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1、Technical secondary school level in mechanic or above;

中专机械专业或同等以上学历；

2、3-5 years’ work experience;

具有3-5年的工作经验；

3、Strong skills of general equipments and tools, well
understanding of engineering drawings;

能熟练操作各类通用设备和工具，能正确阅读，理解工程图纸；

4、Understand the principle of hydraulic pressure and
pneumatics, have ability to analyze and solve relevant malfunctions;

了解液压，气动原理，具有分析处理各类故障的能力；

5、Good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations issued by
the nation on weld and incision, relevant licenses are required;

掌握并遵守国家有关焊接，切割及相关机械操作法律法规，持有相关安全操作许可证；

6、Ability to understand rules and regulations of the
relevant chemical dangerous on the performance, the index, the storage and
the disposal, relevant certificates are considered.

学习掌握并执行相关化学危险品的性能、指标、储存和处置的法律法规，具备相关证书。
