职位描述：
The company
B&R Enclosures a family owned company is Australia's largest manufacturer of enclosures, racks and switchboard cabinets, providing innovative solutions to the electrical and communications industries. We are an International company expanding our small Suzhou-based Chinese operation to include Project management and switchboard building.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager this role will have 3 responsibilities:
1. Design electrical switchboards using Solid works Electrical
2. Set up then ongoing effective management of the switchboard fitting and assembly facility in our Suzhou Enclosure factory including; layout, equipment, people, procedures and quality system
3. Project manage switchboard building projects from customer inquiry to delivery including all aspects of design, engineering, quotation, tendering, manufacturing, testing and quality assurance, to meet customer specification and delivery expectations while maintaining International standards for IEC switchgear assemblies.

This is a hands on role and initially you will be only employee in the department. You will be provided support and training from the Australian team and General Manager. As this part of the business grows there will be opportunity to build a team and further personal development.

The Person
You are bright and the best is your field, have strong problem solving skills, excellent customer service and high levels of energy.

Education
Electrical Engineering Degree you are the best in your field and have high levels of energy

Experience
1. 5 years in Switchboard design for International customers using Solid works Electrical or equivalent
2. 5 years Switchboard assembly and fitting
3. 3 years preparing quotes and project managing orders from inquiry to supply

Skills and knowledge
Knowledge of all IEC Switchboard Standards
Strong written & spoken skills both in Chinese and English
Proven negotiation and communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ERP skills
Excellent Solid works Electrical or equivalent knowledge
Attention to detail, high follow-up behaviour and willingness to learn and teach
