职位描述：
Key Responsibilities & Tasks

?To make daily, weekly and monthly Production Planning according to S&OP and forecast from sales/ Customer Planner.
?To monitor the raw material inventory timely (daily, weekly and monthly) and delivery to make sure the enough resource for the production plan.
?To balance production capacity for production line and customer demand.
?To supervise the delivery performance of production line and warehouse according to the production planning and delivery schedule.
?To make rolling S& OP for production planning based on the sales forecast.
?To operate with inside sales to maintain optimal inventory level.
?To minimize aging stock level coming from improper planning.
?To make regular report to management team about the production status, inventory level, aging stock level and other relevant report;
?To organize the daily, weekly and monthly production schedule meeting with plant production level to meet 100% on time delivery.
?Finish the other duties assigned by management level.

Experience & Qualifications

?College diploma in Mechanical Engineering or industrial engineering 机械工程或IE专业大专及以上学历
?3 years’ experience as a scheduler or Material Control Manage 计划员或者物料控制管理3年工作经验，
?Be able to communicate basic in both written and spoken English 能基本地用英语交流（包括书写和口语）
?Must be able to relate/communicate well with people at all levels 能很好的与各个层次的交流联系
?Be a self-starter and a team player 良好的组织能力和自发意识和团队合作意识
?Understand Lean Manufacturing 了解精益生产
?Must be computer literate 熟练使用电脑
