POSITION
职位：
Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, the Strategic Sourcing- Engineering Support is responsible for all parts and components SPEC analysis and proposal for new projects, to support sourcing work on engineering aspect.
该职位将向供应商开发经理汇报，负责涉及新项目的所有产品和部件的规格分析，并提出相应建议，从而从工程角度支持供应商的开发工作。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责:
? Earlier involvement with RD, engineering and PM for new product design concept, to make evaluation of new sourcing materials, new processes before sourcing RFQ process.
在工厂新项目设计概念阶段早期介入与研发、工程和项目的配合，并在RFQ之前，负责需要外购的新材料、新工艺的评估。

? To support sourcing team to check or propose the relevant tooling, fixture, jig in supplier side.
协助供应商开发同事对供应商的模具、治具、夹具的审核或建议。

? Write out the proposal report focus on selected suppliers’ manufacture process, NRE cost amortizing, efficiency improvement plan and cost reduction plan based on product cycle time, etc.
负责撰写基于产品生命周期的被选择供应商的制造流程、NRE成本分摊和效率提升计划和降价计划报告。

? For new suppliers assessment and audit checklist improvement, to attend supplier audit with team.
针对新供应商的初审和稽核的明细的改善，并和团队参与供应商稽核。

? To support sourcing team calculate the TCO (total cost of ownership).
协助供应商开发同事对总拥有成本的核算。

? Perform sourcing job like RFQ if necessary.
如果需要，执行具体的例如RFQ的开发工作。

? Other tasks assigned from line manager and management.
其他由直属主管或管理层布置的任务工作。



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
学历和经验要求:


? Minimum 6 years of design or engineering working experience in foreign companies or business groups.
至少6年的外企或大型集团的研发或工程工作背景。

? BS in Engineering (minimum), preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
工程相关本科学历，工业、制造、机械、电器或化工类优先。
? Familiar with SPECs, manufacture process for electronic and mechanical part, like cable, harness, PCBA and BOM components, stamping, plastic moulding, die-casting, MIM, etc.
熟悉电子产品和机构产品的规格、生产制程，比如线材、线束、PCBA和BOM零件，冲压、注塑、压铸、粉末成型等工艺。

? Ability to communicate in English.
熟练使用英语沟通

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; also have solid knowledge of CAD, pro-E. etc.
精通办公软件，尤其Excel和PPT；熟练掌握CAD、PRO-E等制图软件。

? Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and decision making skills.
较强的沟通、组织、解决问题和决策的能力;

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural organization.
