Job Description,

- Follow the EHS rules. LOTO is one of priorities.
- Observe the EHS performance of assigned areas. Identify problem and follow up the solving.
- Check equipment inspection status, maintenance and shift handover records, help/guide technicians to find the root cause when problem occur.
- Solve equipment problem of resposible area.
- Continue to find improvement opportunities related to stability, efficiency and cost saving and implement it.
- Implement and apply CI tools.
- Present brief report for assigned equipment and report to supervisor of equipment status regularly.
- Submit analysis reports on the breakdown machine stoppage.
- Participate in the assigned new equipment project and equipment modification project including designing, installation, training and commissioning as well as sign-off.
- Participate in assessing the quality and efficiency of vendors’ service and products.
- Supervise PM/PdM according to its priority and creiticality Implemented by technicians.
- Manage the spare parts of responsible areas.Keep tracking the actual inventory and adjust safety stock according to its usage during past period.
- Make purchase request for spare parts from SAP system.
- Prepare the SOP for assigned area for respective function.
- Train the Technicians in terms of the SOP.
- Communicate with global electrical team via phone,WebEX and face to face to improve reliability of equipments.
- Better to know the requirement of TS16949 in order to pass the audit made by hird part or OEM.

Job Requirements,

- Bachelor degree in Electrical or automation.
- Heavy Industrial experience; preferably in the strip processing line.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong AutoCad and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
