职位描述：
The job responsibility includes:
Learn to do sourcing and need to speak and write English，here may be times you will need to travel to see factories and take foreighn clients to the factory. We are will to train if needed. You will work with the staff in Shanghai when needed.
The job requirements includes：
1. Age 22--35 years, college and higher education, English language, good written and spoken English;
2. Work initiative, excellent communication judgment, rigorous work, good teamwork and coordination, communication skills;
3.Sourcing related experience is preferred.

岗位职责：
主要负责采购工作，带领外国客人参观工厂，与上海公司进行业务沟通
 
任职资格：
1.英语听说熟练，熟练运用办公软件；
2.能吃苦耐劳，表达能力及协调沟通能力较强，有上进心，团队合作精神和创新精神；

Aliance has been running for more than eight years with a staff of 10 employees in Shanghai and over 70 workers in the factory in Qingdao some and employees in changzhou. We have a few Australians involved in the business on daily basis.
We focus on trading between China and Australia, UK, and USA. Our products cover glass, Stainless steel products, kayak, SUP, solar panel, LED light ,import food and metal fabrications.
The business has been growing very quickly and the products we have been working on are very popular so we need more employees to grow with us.
