Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To carry out the start-up, commissioning, trouble shooting, repair, refurbishment of KSB products on site for the shipbuilding markets;
2.Liaison with KSB oversea factories or suppliers in terms of technical expertise on after-sales services;
3.Assist sales dept.on maintaining customer relationship, give feedback on customer's suggestions;
4.Maintain and update Technical service report, operation manual, all related drawings and specifications pertaining to served products;
5.To provide the technical support and training for customers at site
6.Other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.
Job Specifications:
1.College graduated or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical related;
2.Above 3 years relevant working experience of site service, working experience on board or shipyard is preferred;
3.Ability to analysis and solve problems independently;
4.Strong execution and communication ability, with team-spirit and initiative working attitude;
5.Frequent business trip is required;
6.Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
