Unitech Asia Pacific Limited was established with the focus of supplying quality oilfield chemicals and equipment from China to the petroleum industry worldwide and from overseas market to the petroleum industry in China.
Members of the Unitech management team each have more than 20 years experience in the oilfield chemical and equipment trade. They first founded Sam Wing Resources Ltd in the late 1980s, which in representing the US and European producers had become one of the best-known suppliers of chemicals and equipment to the Chinese petroleum and petrochemical industries. The customer list includes China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and Petrochemical Corporation of China (Sinopec).
Unitech has its representative office strategically located in Beijing, China to oversee product sourcing, quality management and export logistics functions. The head office in Hong Kong provides banking and credit support to facilitate commercial contract execution. In addition, the company retains a representative office in the U.S. to handle customer interface within the American market. Sales activities in Europe are performed through a representative network based in the UK.
The company distinguishes itself from the state owned Chinese export enterprises in the following aspects:
a) All the producers we associate with are accredited with international recognized quality standards such as ISO-9001 or API certification where applicable.
b) We adopt a strict product quality control policy. In additional to production testing by the manufacturers, we appoint independent laboratories to undertake specification testing to ensure that all export goods meet contract specifications before shipment.
