工作职责:

？ Will lead overall financial work in Japan local, support local business development

统筹领导日本当地的财务工作，支撑当地的业务发展

？ Customer credit control, Japan related warehouse inventory monitoring, budget preparation, rolling forecast implementation

管控客户信用、监控日本仓库库存、编制预算、实施滚动预测

？ Close monitoring and control any risk in Japan local as the financial expertise

作为财务专家，密切监测并控制日本当地的任何风险

？ Strong understanding of Japan taxation. ？

深入理解日本的税务

？ Carry out various taxation work, cooperate with local offices of the consulting firm, and complete various tax filings quarterly and yearly; actively support the annual auditing, follow up and respond to the bank confirmation letter and the customer

s letter of confirmation

开展各类税务工作，与咨询公司的日本办事处合作，完成各类季度年度税务申报，积极协助年度审计，跟进并响应银行确认函及客户确认函

？ As the connection point to coordinate the resource between Japan local and China HQ finance ？

作为联络点，协调日本办事处和中国总部财务之间的资源

？ Drive and conduct annual external financial statement audit.

推动并实施年度财务报表外审工作

？ Work closely with cross-functional groups - Sales, Logistics, Technical Services, Marketing, HR & Admin, to monitor and manage costs within the project budget. Support in identifying and track savings and cost-out initiatives

与跨职能团队（财务、物流、技术服务、市场营销、人事行政）密切写作，监测并控制成本不超出项目预算。协助识别并追踪可节省成本和可估算成本的措施

？ Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

任职资格:

？ At least 10+ years of experience with financial operations and their implementation into the business function

10年以上财务运作经验，以财务运作支撑业务职能

？ At least 6+ years accounting or equivalent experience with multistate filing responsibilities, solid understanding of GAAP.

6年以上会计或同等工作经验，做过多国的报税工作，熟练掌握GAAP

？ Significant hands-on experience with tax compliance and audit defense

丰富的税务合规和审计辩护实操经验

？ Bachelor

s degree from an accredited university or college in finance/accounting ？

正规大学或高校本科学历，财务/会计专业

？ Frequent communication with China HQ, good Chinese Mandarin in writing and speaking is plus.
