Responsibility:
? Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals.
? Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
? Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource allocation
? Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate sales operations.
? Active role in the continuous development of the region’s activities, discovering new business opportunities, contacting potential partners.
? Providing a high level and high quality service for the customers; continuously assessing the customers’ expectations conciliating with the contact persons, keeping professional contact with the representatives of the partners. During performing his/her tasks, maintains a tight collaboration with the sales staff, contributing to the development of business opportunities within the Group.
? Develop quality services by the help of implemented new processes, innovation of current processes, and monitoring the effectiveness. Makes proposals and, when necessary, decisions about the development of internal processes and services, co-ordinates and checks the implementation of approved proposals.
? Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
? Planning, coordinating and managing the projects and services defined by the top management for the region under her/his responsibility.
? Planning, ensuring and coordinating the resources necessary for the efficient operation of the region.
? Provides quality leadership for TRIGO’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding TRIGO Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
Controls, motivates and develops employees working in his area, sets challenging and measurable goals, assesses the performance and handles personal problems in order to make sure that business (customer and corporate) goals are attained at the highest possible level. Makes proposals for the development and optimizing of the structure of organization he is responsible for, and, when necessary, makes decisions accordingly. Controls and verifies the implementation of approved proposals. Co-ordinates and controls the flow of workforce between regions to make sure that the required numbers of persons having the necessary qualification are available in all workplaces at all times, for the performance of actual tasks.
? In line with the effective regulations pertaining to the area, supervises the procurement of consumables and tools, controls the maintenance, repair and replacement of defective tools and monitors the annual budget of the area in order to ensure a trouble-free operation.
Qualification:
? Result Driven;
? Supervisory or management experience;
? Working knowledge of automotive industry;
? Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior position;
? Dynamic, strong personality with excellent contact building skills;
? Customer orientated, business approach;
? Loyalty, flexibility and integrity;
? Ability to learn and retain service specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers;
? Ability to travel as required by role (up to 50% of the time)
Education and Experience:
? Technical university or college degree;
? Three years’ Experience in automotive industry;
? Sales management experience (preferred);
? Experience in multicultural environment and working in accordance with international standards;
? Good knowledge of quality systems;
? Excellent communication skills in English;
? Driving license (cat. B.) with driving experience;
? Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 system requirements;
