职位描述：
1.岗位设立的目的及目标
Primary responsibility for integrity of BMB China Customs activities including day-to-day operational oversight.

2.主要职责
1) Fully engage country stakeholders to evolve full steps of S&OP in China.
2) Build connection between country and region, collaborate with Global and regional Demand Planning team, implement effective demand review plan and increase visibility of demand planning to business unit.
3) Manage planning team to identify issues & opportunities to improve or resolve issues on SCM metrics, especially on customers back orders, purchase back orders, OTIF, forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
4) Work with Regional to optimize transaction process.
5) Work with distributors closely to optimize the inventory planning function. Support commercial team to reduce the risks of the channel inventory and optimize Channel replenishment process and activities.
6) Strong customer centricity mindset and work innovative on supply chain imperatives.

3.知识、语言和经验要求
1) Bachelor degree and equivalent experience is required.
2) Minimum 6-8 years Demand Planning experience with a major corporation.
3) Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
4) Business & customer oriented.
5) Experienced in team management.
6) Fluent in English & Mandarin.
7) Supply Chain Management experience in multinational companies is required. 举报 分享
