Job Summary:
Maintain and drive the business growth of the commercial floor care portfolio through conducting market survey & analysis, and designing appropriate marketing programs under limited supervision.
Lead & drive cross-functional team during projects for new product introduction and marketing program execution.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct market survey for commercial care products in related markets and analyze survey results; Recognize and collect new business opportunities, VOC and VOM to develop market plan for commercial floor care products and applications.
? Develop marketing strategy in assigned market/product area based on the survey results independently.
? Initiate and lead the NPI projects to enhance portfolio and win more market share; execute program management by working with multifunctional teams (Sales, Application Engineers, R&D, MFG, and Supply Chain).
? Develop sales promotion plans, monitor the implementation and assess the result; Execute price management for new product pricing and portfolio price/value positioning.
? Develop and execute marketing communication programs to enhance customer intimacy and support sales activities.
? Coordinate with supply chain function to avoid any logistics issues regarding the inventory, goods delivery, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above;
? 6+ years related working experience in marketing function in multinational company in related industry; Portfolio management experience is MUST requirement.
? Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability;
? Solid problem solving skills;
? Excellent coordination and communication skills;
? Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral;
? Good PC skills, esp. on Excel and PowerPoints.
