POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the activities of China DS technical service team to ensure product performance goals are achieved to customer satisfaction within assigned areas. Directs and manages all presales and post-sales technical services to clients, including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead China DS service team to complete all pre-sales and post-sales technical service support to customers, including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance.

2. Closely work together with sales team to answer the technical questions from clients and achieve customer satisfaction.

3. Manages investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.

4. Lead the service team to finish the revenue target of service contract and spare parts.

5. Develop department budget on the basis of estimated costs submitted by engineers.

6. Manage the storage of spare parts in certain region.

7. Coach direct reports on technical skill and improve the service quality of service team.

6. Good command of MS skill (word, excel and Powerpoint)

DESIRABLE

1. Bachelor Degree in Biomedicine Engineering, Electron and automation relevant discipline
2. Good relevant technical skills
3. At least 8 years engineer experience in healthcare industry with 2 years at management
