岗位职责：
1. 负责药物制剂处方筛选、工艺研究和优化；
2. 完成实验原始记录及实验报告；
3. 协助药物制剂中试放大及生产技术转移；
4. 完成药物制剂研究相关申报资料的整理工作。
入职要求：
1. 药物制剂相关专业本科及以上学历 ；
2. 固体口服制剂工艺或处方研究两年以上工作经验 ；
3. 能熟练操作固体口服制剂制备过程中各种仪器设备；
4. 有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够较快的把握问题的关键点及提供行之有效的技术方案；
5. 工作严谨认真，具有良好的沟通和与团队协作能力。 举报 分享

Bio-Thera Solutions Ltd, a leading biotechnology company in China, is dedicated to researching and developing innovative and biosimilar therapeutics for the treatment of cancers, autoimmune, cardiovascular diseases, and other serious medical conditions.
Bio-Thera is a leader in next generation antibody discovery and engineering.
