Responsibilities
? Market Development:
– Understand market needs in the region and work out programs to support biz growth.
– Define market needs and work on various toolkits for sales team to grow biz.
– Follow up with customer feedback for various programs improvement.
– Closely work together with technical team and make our technical offer in very nice marketing language to attract customers: i.e. regional market concept development etc.
– Continuously improve market program acceptance level by customer with proved biz results.
– Facilitate related global new launch projects to be implemented in the region with tracking market feedback.
– Regional adaption for the global marketing strategy
? Market Intelligence:
– Able to provide team with substantial knowledge of the market to make us to be more competitive.
– Competitor study: new product, technology and initiate countermeasure vs. competitors with sales team.
– Intensive study of various segment of market trends and insights with active investigation to fulfill internal and external needs.
– Get to understand the diversity of different market in the region. Define market needs of various territories.
? Market Communication:
– Closely work with various functional teams ensure regional marcom plan is well delivered to improve branding in the region.
– Marcom yearly plan and budget according to BL needs.
– Key implementer of various marcom program organization in the region with good follow-up summary and action.
– Communication with internal and external counter party to ensure market communication is managed in a good way as well improve brand awareness in the regional market.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related.
? 5 or more years of working experience in marketing or sales function, preferably in personal care industry.
? Have proved performance results of contribution to biz growth
? Willing to take challenges and also working on details
? Good personality with high self-motivation
? High team spirit and good personal communication skills.
? Fluent in English both written and oral.
