职位描述：
岗位职责：

Work as the generalist closely to the managers to in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes (i.e. Training, recruitment, performance management, etc.) in order to achieve assigned Business & People goals.
 Lead HR initiatives to attract, develop and retain co-workers
 Overall manage training strategy and process
 Work closely with organization for talent management activities
 Take responsibility for other tasks within the HR field as assigned

任职要求：

Above 5 years working experience in related area
 Experience in Training, Recruitment and Talent management
 Strong passion in work with people
 Good communication in English
