Key Responsibilities:

1.Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties

2.Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels

3.Accordingly, coordinates & manages the timely execution of the plan by working closely with regional retail marketing team, sell in team and sell out team.

4.Regularly updates the regional retail development plan

5.Manages the yearly &quarterly retail development plan being well implemented

6.Manages department stores and real estate agency on systematic way

7.Reports to upper management on market intelligence

8.Communicates regional POS development to Head of Retail Development on regular basis,

9.Manages the retail development team to implement the business plan with high quality for the specific geography

10.Works closely with regional retail marketing and operation teams to realize the plan on time

11.Ensures the activities of POS opening/upgrading/planning to follow the defined company process

12.Updates the POS information on regular base to Retail Planning team who is managing POS database

Experience / Skill Required:

1.Bachelor Degree Above,Above 3 years experience in China Distribution/sales/retail development related environment for multi-national consumer brand or retail company

2.Good at team work,High degree of integrity and loyalty

3.Excellent planning, negotiation and communication skill

4.Good presentation skill

5.Fluent English in Reading and Writing

6.Good PC Skills, Advanced PC Skills in Excl, PPT,Word, etc

7.Real estate experience is a plus
