Job Description
-Responsible for Employees payroll processes including Office and Plant within China.
-Be fully responsible for payroll services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, 13th monthly salary, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.
-Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll independently (simulation, running, checking, posting, approving and e-banking).
-Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates.
-Work together with leader to establish and manage the overall payroll process and system by ensuring that the team is following company procedures (payroll run, check, e-banking, etc.), ensure payroll calendars and relevant information are developed and communicated to impacted parties; Utilize methods of continuous improvement and implements improved methods for processing.
-Perform other related duties as assigned. Working on projects as necessary and required.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above
5+ years of professional experience working with payrolls.
Hands-on experience with multi-company payroll processing.
Thorough knowledge of multi-state payroll and payroll taxation.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong understanding of HR data elements and dependencies.
Ability to work under high pressure and take initiative on leading change
Detail oriented and a demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
Demonstrated superb customer relations skills with internal and external
Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;
Good English skill.
