Profile:
1.Bachelor degree or above, minimum of 3 years working experiences .
2.Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
3.Be familiar with Microsoft office suite and general computer skills.
4.Open-minded and strong communication and coordination skills.
5.Positive and initiative, strong responsibility and work under pressure.
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Support Territory Sales Managers in sending quotation to customers by multiple channels, such as email, fax, etc.
2.Support Territory Sales Managers in customers orders including but not limited to preparing contracts, confirming order quantity, shipping order, etc. in a timely manner.
3.Working with production department and warehouse to fulfil on time delivery of customer orders.
4.Be responsible for answering company phone and taking message. Identify cold calls from call in customers and make sure to transfer to Territory Sales Managers.
5.Prepare invoice for customers. Remind Territory Sales Managers about account receivable.
6.Be responsible for customer database maintenance and update about price, product category, inventory in an accurate way.
7.Be responsible for sales monthly report.
