The Internship Role:

- Take responsibility for customer experience by managing the end-to-end shipment process.

- Build up strong customer relationship with “Trust, Cared for, Pleased” concept.

- Introduce current/new products to potential/existing customers for more business.

- Conduct market research tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- University/colleague students in third/second year of studies.

- Available to work for at least 4 days a week (from Monday to Friday) for above 3 months.

- Quick to learn and to adapt.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as excel, word, etc.

- Good command of both oral and written English, a command of Cantonese is preferable.
