Summary of Client:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: HR Director
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Set up functions (30%)
? Talent management policy.
? Set up talent review program.
? Set up talent assessement.
? Set up talent development program and define career development for employees.
? Set up successor planning system.
2. Implementation (10%)
? Find potential persons for company's long term development.
3. Mangement (30%)
? Ensure the implementation of all programs and systems in talent management.
4. Development (30%)
? Set up the talent management system in the company.
? Organize and implement projects or programs assigned by HR director.
? Find resoluations to the HR topics as instruction from HR director.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 8 years working experience in human resource field, of which at least 3 years of talent management experience.
3. Good English in both oral and writing is a must.
4. Good project management skills.
5. Good common sense in HR field.
6. Good planning skills and communication & coordination skills.
7. Open, confident, self-motivated and independent, innovative, rich soft skill.
