- Respect company's reglement, procedures and local regulations related to handling and sales of chemicals
- Represent and support company on an exclusive basis
- Work in the best interest of the company in every respect
Product Development
- Pro-actively monitor the market
- Identify new product opportunities suitable for China market as well as company's needs and capabilities
Product Supply
- Identify suppliers to serve local distribution business
- Negotiate supply agreements to ensure stable, sizeable and competitive supply
Sales Management
- Train team on products, market and sales skills
- Plan and coordinate work of team to continuously improve sales performance
Sales Performance
- Maximize company's revenues with stable margin and growing business
- Continuously enlarge ratio of secured business versus spot business
Communication
- Coordinate work with overseas colleagues to increase sales/distribution in China
- Promote Company to suppliers and customers across China
Business Development
- Engineer new business model to ensure sustainable and profitable growth for comnpany's chemicals business
- Extend distribution to new sales areas across China
Risk Management
- Establish procedures to minimize risks
- Train team on risk prevention
- Monitor team activities to prevent risks
- Enlarge local distribution in a sustainable and secured manner
