1、博士学历，生物化学、生物工程、生态学等相关专业，5年以上相关研发工作经验，有独立带研发团队经验者优先。
2、熟悉生化（生物、细菌、酵母）处理研发过程。
3、熟悉常用废水生化处理工艺及微生物培养、筛选与扩培技术；能够把微生物应用到水处理行业并与公司材料相结合。
4、精通各种生化有机废水处理、脱氨脱磷生化技术，生物膜法，生物接触氧化法，AB工艺及其改进。
5、对生化（生物、细菌、酵母）处理行业发展现状和发展趋势有深入了解，对国内外生化（生物、细菌、酵母）处理行业新技术具有前瞻性认识。
6、有英文阅读能力及文献检索能力，精通数据分析和高水平文章整理。
7、具备良好的抗压能力和优秀的沟通协调能力。
8、思路清晰、性格开朗、勇于创新，愿在一个由著名海外博士专家和国内专家指导下的技术团队中成长进步并共同打造一个世界级水平的高科技公司。
岗位职责：
1、负责生化（生物、细菌、酵母）环保技术的分析、研究、开发和优化；缩短新技术开发
周期；减少新技术开发的风险和费用；对新技术的竞争力和领先性负责。
2、负责各种生化有机废水处理、脱氨脱磷生化技术、生物膜法、生物接触氧化法、AB工艺及其改进；负责工艺、技术等系统解决方案。
3、负责对重点课题、难题组织攻关，包括核心技术应用、生化（生物、细菌、酵母）工艺
机理研究、应用领域扩展及评估。
4、负责攥写专利和相关的政府项目申请、报告。
5、负责部门日常管理及部门开发费用预算。
6、负责支持、推进本部门相关项目开发任务的完成。
7、负责建立部门工作流程，加以贯彻执行，并监督、评估各项工作的完成情况。
8、负责部门内部团队建设和关键人才培养。
9、协助上级完成重要项目或重要事项。
