Scope:
Working in coordination with our existing Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is to assist the Recycled fiber and packaging sales teams by processing incoming orders, scheduling requirements, and monitoring orders to ensure customers’ delivery requirements are met. Interact with external customers, sales representatives, team members in China and USA to develop and implement service and cost solutions to strengthen account relationships.
Responsibilities:
? Enter a high volume of complex customer orders, planning timing of production, and tracking shipments; ability to handle heavy written business correspondence in English & Mandarin
? Interact with customers by phone or by electronic means to receive orders, cancellations, and change for product or to clarify needs/requirements. Communicating changes, delays, requests, etc. to sales reps and customer as appropriate.
? Assist in resolving supply chain issues related to fulfilling customer orders that may occur at production phase, shipping or warehouse storage point.
? Coordinate shipment of product, expediting shipments, arranging pick-up of defective product, etc. with shipping department and centralized transportation.
? Interface with sales and across cross-functional teams in supply chain (operations, manufacturing, and transportation) to collaborate, develop, and implement service and cost solutions.
? Work in a team environment and own the process for optimum customer service and export order management compliance.
? Solve product availability issues by identifying root cause, proposing realistic solutions, and executing the resolution with a sense of urgency.
? Maintain hard copy files in an organized manner, allowing for quick retrieval of documents and information when required
? Maintain a strong a positive attitude and be self-motivated to succeed.
? Expect to travel an estimated 10% of time to visit customers in their home locations, if needed.
? Conduct all affairs with integrity and exhibit courage to speak up and resist unethical or unlawful activities;
? Handle office management duties which may include interacting with vendors and ordering office supplies.

? Strong organization skills and attention to detail
? Strong sense of urgency which drives results
? Interpersonal skills – ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
? Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
? Ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals and meet schedules
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Dependable and capable of multi-tasking
? Strong prioritization and time management skills
? Highly motivated to own the process for optimum customer service/satisfaction
