职位描述：
岗位职责:

- According to the responsible overseas countries and combined with the corresponding toy category, to develop brand strategy, such as product selection, product improvement and customer customization, etc;
- Timely update the product competitive report within the same or related category;
- Well allocation of corporate resources, to develop brand marketing strategy & market plan, follow up the implementation and result to ensure the effectiveness, timeliness and pertinence of market activities, and reasonably control the marketing expense;
- Collaborate with the sales team to communicate with customers and channels on how to promote and enhance the product brand image in overseas markets;
- Cooperate with the sales team to launch the sales policy of branding, marketing campaign and distribution guide for the channel sales
- Provide sales summary and analysis, through Invoicing, sales channels to understand the feedback and competitive brand situation, timely adjustment of the brand's marketing strategy to achieve sales targets;
- Work closely with other departments to provide the brand's product information resources and brand resources.
- Maintain effective working flow and communication between various departments responsible for solving unexpected conflicts.

任职资格:

- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, preferably with studying abroad or working in a foreign company;
- Over 5 years relevant experience in brand promotion in the consumer goods industry, familiar with the toy industry, experience in brand promotion and product management is preferred;
- Skilled use of various office software, language ability, clear thinking and orderly, and have a good language expression and organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure, with independent work experience and ability;
- Have a certain team management capabilities.
