职位描述：

工作职责：
1.带领销售团队完成校区业绩指标，降低学员退费率，定期对课程顾问进行业务培训；
2.协助人力资源部进行新人招聘及培训工作，建立人才梯队并协助员工个人成长；
3.根据市场变化，配合市场团队开展线下推广活动，有效转换市场数据，推动销售业绩；
4.高效管理老师团队，及时了解学员情况并与家长保持沟通，有效处理客诉时间，提高教学质量及学员满意度，提升续报率；
5、与集团总部互动沟通，贯彻落实各项规定及制度；
6、配合公司完成其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，有3年以上教育培训行业独立校区运营管理经验，有青少年项目销售经验更佳；
2. 形象佳，亲和力强，普通话标准，办公自动化熟练，热爱中国传统文化且创新意识强；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、洞察力及迅速了解对方需求的能力；
4. 具备独立工作能力并能承受各项压力，适应弹性工作时间，敢于挑战高薪；
5、对业绩数字有敏感度，责任心进取心强，有团队协作能力。
