Responsibilities:
- Search training vendors/ provide learning solution to meet Divisions’ needs
Organize diversified training activities when needed
-Analyze training data to optimize operation process
-Maintain learning management system
-Other ad hoc jobs
Professional Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years working experience in training related field
- Familiar with WeChat official account, e-learning and mobile learning system
- Excellent in MS Office, esp. in Excel and PPT
