Qualification:

1. 3~5 years or above working experience in engine, automobile or machinery related fields.

2. College or university degree or above with mayor in engine, automobile or machinery.

3. Good at English, fluently oral communicate with foreign colleagues with English and make report with English.

4. Proficient in Excel, PPT, Project etc MS-office software.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially on logic thinking and the balance thinking sense between timing and costing.

6. Good team work sprit and like to build good inclusive and cooperative work atmosphere with cross functions under challenging goals.

7. Good communication skills and coordination ability.

8. Would like to deserve a best result with his/her accountability, and passion to success even under high working pressure.

Job Role Responsibilities:

1. Regular organize meeting with Account managers to manage the NPI project requirement and progress.

2. Organize cross functions meeting involving Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Logistic, Production & Quality departments to work out MCP aligning with NPI requirement, tightly track MCP and seek resource to keep MCP move forward smoothly.

3. Assist NPI project gateway review.

4. Product Cost Management. Cooperate with UK Cost Team and China Globe Purchase team, conduct part cost analysis, guarantee new engine cost under control.

5. Regular organize CMM (Cost Management Meeting). Timely notice and send out meeting cases to related participants including UK and China. Record meeting issues and make meeting minutes report.

6. NPC (New Product Cost) calculation. According to sales department requirement, calculate and provide NPC to sales including Panther & Unity series engines.

7. Update ESM (Engine Sales Manual) data and send to marketing department before Gateway 5 review. Need to cooperate with design team and performance team and other related colleagues.

8. Host NBR and NORF meetings, Control NORF (New Option Request Form) process in IPSD Wuxi. Apply ECR and cooperate with other department to finish OE form and feedback to UK.
